The Flash of Crimson Leadership after winning the "Branch Classic" Marching Band Competition!

Wolverine Classic Competition
The Forsyth Central "Flash of Crimson" Band went to the West Forsyth "Wolverine Classic" Competition on last Saturday night. The Band received Straight Superior Ratings in all Captions (Band, Drumline, Guard and Drum Major). The FOC Band was 2nd place Overall with a score of 92.433. The Drumline won "High Percussion" with a score of 94. The Colorguard and the Drum Majors were 2nd in the Open Class Competition.
The Branch Classic
Forsyth Central "Flash of Crimson" Band brought home Straight Superior Ratings back to the C-House, 1st place overall in 5A competition, and the coveted Grand Champion award for the 1st time this year! They also won High Color Guard, High Percussion, and 1st place in Band in their top division with a Score of 95.33.
North Georgia Marching Band Championships
Congratulations to our Flash of Crimson Band for two outstanding performances on Saturday at the North Georgia Marching Band Championships at South Forsyth HS. We received Straight Superior Ratings in Band, Drumline, Guard and Drum Major The FOC placed 1st in Open Class in Drum Major, Drumline, Band and Colorguard. We also won High Percussion with a score of 98.25 (The Drumline has been undefeated in Drumline in Marching Band Season for the last 6 years). And we placed 2nd Overall in Band with a score of 93.275, missing the top score by .325 of a point.
